My name is Felicia Ford, and I've dedicated over 30 years to caring for others. Caring for people has always been more than a career to me — it's my passion and my purpose.

I worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at Fremont Community Clinic for more than seven years before transitioning into private one-on-one home care, where I discovered how much I loved building meaningful relationships with my clients and their families through compassionate, personalized care.

That passion inspired me to start Felicia's Assistance Care — dependable, respectful, high-quality home care that helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. We treat every client with the dignity, kindness, and compassion they deserve, just as we would our own family.

Hi, I’m Hanna! With over seven years of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings—including hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and private homes. This diverse background, along with my degree in Health Science and nursing experience, has given me a well-rounded perspective on care and a deep appreciation for the unique needs of every individual and family.

Throughout my career, I’ve built experience across multiple areas of care and administration. I’m passionate about creating smooth, supportive experiences for both clients and staff, and I believe in leading with compassion, professionalism, and a people-first mindset. A big part of my passion for this field comes from my mom, a registered nurse and my biggest role model. Growing up, I watched her care for others with such grace and dedication, and that inspired me to follow a path of service and support. I’m naturally nurturing and lead with empathy, always working to ensure that every person we serve feels seen, respected, and genuinely cared for.

When I’m not working, I prioritize my own well-being by spending time outdoors, going for walks, and enjoying time with my friends and family! Taking care of myself allows me to show up fully for the people I serve. I look forward to meeting you and your loved one.
